, any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

'working day' means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;

'us' means vilananaturalbeauty.com and you together; and 

'you' and 'your' means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.


The Contract Between Us

vilananaturalbeauty.com must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received vilananaturalbeauty.com will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide when registering with us. vilananaturalbeauty.com acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Price

A. The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out in our Web site. 

B. You will be required to pay extra for delivery, costs may vary and may be subject to import taxes.

Withdrawal By You From The Contract

A. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after receipt of goods. You do not need to give vilananaturalbeauty.com any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.

B. To withdraw your order you must notify in writing by emailing vilananaturalbeauty@gmail.com

C. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order you must send them back the following address:

D.Once you have notified vilananaturalbeauty.com that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to vilananaturalbeauty.com from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days less commissions

E. Goods that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted. Please order your samples before making a purchase to check our the quality of our products.


Delivery Of Goods

A. vilananaturalbeauty.com will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give vilananaturalbeauty.com for delivery at the time you make your order.

B. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.

C. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and vilananaturalbeauty.com will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Liability

This is as follows:

A. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, you must notify  vilananaturalbeauty.com in writing at the vilananaturalbeauty.com contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. 

B. If you notify a problem to vilananaturalbeauty.com under this condition, will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

C. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit vilananaturalbeauty.com liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website per our Terms and Conditions within seven days of delivery of the goods. 

Customers will also be entitled to a full refund.

Purchasing Products For Redistribution

1. Where our products are purchased and resold or redistributed, and where the products have been received in good condition by the reseller or distributor, vilananaturalbeauty.com will not accept responsibility for any damage to goods during onward transit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that products, which are resold or otherwise redistributed, are suitably packaged.

2. The reseller may not repackage the product, remove or replace the vilananaturalbeauty.com labels under any circumstances.

3. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 5 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
