There are two ways a customer can buy goods on a website:

How do I place an order online?
Find products in the selected category or use the search to find the products you would like to purchase.
Choose the product variations that are right for you (i.e. capacity, quantity).
Place the selected products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" link.
In your shopping cart you can view all the selected products at any time and you can change them by capacity and/or quantity. If you happen to change your mind or make a mistake you can also remove items from your list.
When you have finalized your shopping cart if you have a discount code, enter it in the provided discount code field.
To continue your order, please click "Proceed to Checkout".
Specify the buyer's details. If you are an unregistered user, the system will ask you to enter the shipping details.
Select the shipping method in the purchase window.
Choose a payment method and make a payment. After the payment has been made, wait for your order confirmation to be sent to you by email.

How do I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive a confirmation of the order by email once your bank has confirmed successful payment. After this confirmation from your bank you will also receive an invoice via email. Should this not arrive please contact us either by phone or email email@example.com
Is it necessary to sign up to make a purchase?
You do not have to sign up, but you will need to provide us with personal data.
Please note that it is easier for you to register for your future purchases as a registered user, you will receive loyalty points that you can use as a discount or you will get personalised offers, just for yourself.

Processing of the order
After selecting and making payment for the item, the buyer is informed about the order confirmation by email. The order is fulfilled when the item is delivered to the buyer.
