Flavour profile
Smooth, naturally sweet rooibos meets juicy apple and a bright sea buckthorn tang, while cinnamon, star anise and orange peel add a warm, festive note of spice. Cosy, rounded and wonderfully warming.
Rooibos, Dried apple (apple, sulphur dioxide, citric acid), Sea buckthorn, Cinnamon, Star anise, Dried orange peel.
Allergens: contains sulphites (sulphur dioxide). May contain traces of milk, egg, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame and mustard), cereals containing gluten, celery and soya.
Add 1-2 teaspoons to 200 ml of freshly boiled water (about 95-100°C). Steep for 5-7 minutes, strain and enjoy.
For an extra festive touch, serve with a slice of orange.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
