Apply a small amount of the oil with a cotton swab to the inside of the nose several times a day. We strongly do not recommend other kinds of application, nasal dropping for example.
This oil blend is best used within 6 months of opening.
Essential oil synergy blend 'Cold Comfort'
Evaporate essential oils in a diffuser, use for inhalation and room disinfection. When properly diluted use in aromatic baths, foot rubs and saunas. You can also apply it on top of clothes or handkerchiefs.
Suitable for adults and children from 2 years old.
This oil blend is best used within 12 months of opening.

Apply a small amount to the areas of the chest, back, feet and neck. Massage in gentle circular motions. Use 1-2 times a day. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY!
