Hydrolysed marine collagen we use has a molecular weight of 4000 daltons and is bioavailable for joints and skin care. This value is lower than the intestinal permeability limit, making it excellent for absorption across the gut and into the blood, where it can then get to the cells that need it (high bioavailability).

Adults, add 1 level scoop of powder to 250ml water or juice. Collagen dissolves more effectively when shaken rather than stirred.
It can be used in a cold or warm drink though it will dissolve better under tepid conditions.
It is recommended to use in the evening, before going to bed.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
It is recommended for people aged 25 - 35 to take about two courses a year, for 35 - 45 year olds to repeat the course three times a year, from 45 years old to repeat the course approximately every two to three months.
