Our fish oil comes from wild anchovies and sardines caught off the coast of Peru. Each soft gel provides the two key omega-3 fatty acids: EPA and DHA.
For your heart. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA – the amount in one soft gel.
For thinking and vision. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA – provided by three soft gels.
For mums-to-be and breastfeeding mums. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults (250 mg of DHA and EPA). During pregnancy and breastfeeding, take supplements on the advice of your doctor.
For freshness. Vitamin E is added as a natural antioxidant to keep the fish oil fresh.

Adults, take 1-3 soft gels daily, preferably with a meal.

During Pregnancy & Breastfeeding take 4 soft gels daily, under the supervision of your medical practitioner, for the beneficial effects.
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) maternal intake contributes to the normal brain development and normal development of the eye of the foetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA (2 soft gels) in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults (which is 250 mg DHA and EPA, so 4 soft gels daily in total).
